High-Alumina Castable

high alumina castable is made of high-alumina bauxite aggregate as the main raw material, and according to the proportions of different granules, calcium aluminate cement binders and admixtures are added to mix the bulk cast refractory castables. It can be used directly after adding water and stirred, and are molded by vibration casting. High-alumina castable is also called high-aluminum low-cement castable. It is easy to construct. It can be cast directly on the industrial furnace to form an integral lining, or it can be premade into refractory prefabricated blocks and used in masonry in the industrial furnace.
